                               RESOLUTION NO. 19367
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE
                   AQUARIUM RELATIVE TO THE GRAND OPENING OF
                   THE TENNESSEE AQUARIUM, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS
                   THE FESTIVAL OF RIVERS.
                                                    
                  
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute the lease agreement between the Tennessee Aquarium and 

       the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee, relative to the grand opening 

       of the Tennessee Aquarium, otherwise known as the Festival of
       Rivers.
